Lebih menyedihkan apabila zoo itu dipenuhi dengan orang terutamanya kanak-kanak namun banyak haiwan tidak ada dan jika ada sekali pun tidak dapat dilihat dengan jelas kerana keadaan sangkar penuh dengan semak samun. Sementara itu tambah Kinz, aircond rosak dan keadaan bau busuk yang terlalu kuat membuatkan dirinya tertanya-tanya adakah tidak ada penyelenggaraan yang dilakukan oleh pihak zoo? Zoo negara adalah satu tempat yang harus dijaga dan diberikan keutamaan kerana ia salah satu pusat kunjungan bukan sahaja rakyat Malaysia malah rakyat asing yang melancong ke negara ini.
