Difahamkan, pihak MCMC sejak 12 Mac yang lalu, telah mengambil tindakan dengan menyekat secara terus dan memberi laluan kepada pihak polis bagi menyekat akses ke pautan video tersebut yang telah melanggar undang-undang di bawah Akta Rumah Perjvdian Terbuka 1953.
Kegiatan jvdi dan promosi jvdi dalam talian adalah tertakluk di bawah Akta Rumah Perjvdian Terbuka 1953, di bawah bidang kuasa P0lis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM).
Pada masa yang sama, pihak MCMC juga telah berbincang dengan pihak yang bertanggungjawab memuat naik video tersebut untuk menurunkan semula video berkenaan di mana-mana platfom yang dimiliki oleh syarikatnya.
Pihak yang terlibat seperti pihak produksi dan pelakon seharusnya lebih peka untuk tidak turut sama bersubahat dalam kegiatan mempromosikan jvdi dalam talian, yang jelas merupakan satu kesalahan.
