Timbalan Ketua Polis Negara, Datuk Seri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani berkata, satu laporan polis sudah dibuat oleh Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah (JSJ) Bukit Aman bagi menyiasat asal usul video berkenaan.
“Pada 15 April, terkesan satu video yang tular berdurasi 2 minit dan 1 saat yang didapati mempromosikan ju.di dalam talian.
“Isi kandungan video berkenaan didapati jelas melanggar undang-undang dan boleh mendatangkan kegusaran awam,” katanya dalam kenyataan, hari ini.
Menurutnya, susulan itu, siasatan polis akan menjurus kepada penerbit dan pelakon yang terbabit dalam video berkenaan.
“Kes disiasat mengikut Seksyen 504 Kanun Keseks4an dan Seksyen 4(1)(g) Akta Rumah ju.di terbuka.
“Pihak Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM) juga akan dihubungi untuk membantu siasatan.
“Orang ramai diingatkan suapaya tidak berkongsi atau menyebarkan video ini melalui media sosial bagi mengelakkan kegusaran awam,” katanya.
Semalam, video berkenaan tular di media sosial hingga mendapat kritikan netizen.
Video berkenaan dipercayai dikeluarkan sindiket perju.dian dalam talian yang memperhebat promosi kegiatan haram itu di media sosial sempena sambutan Aidilfitri yang bakal tiba tidak lama lagi.
Dalam video lagu raya berdurasi 2 minit dan 1 saat yang tular itu memaparkan aksi lakonan, nyanyian empat individu terdiri daripada dua lelaki dan dua wanita yang mana liriknya menggalakkan serta mengajak orang awam berju.di untuk mendapatkan ‘duit raya’.

Saifullah memegang watak utama dalam video muzik berkenaan.
Untuk rekod penggambaran MV judi raya yang dibintangi lima individu beragama Islam terdiri daripada tiga lelaki dan dua perempuan itu diadakan di Kampung Jawa di Hulu Langat, Selangor.
Penyebarannya secara meluas di media sosial mengundang kecaman ramai hingga mendorong polis membuka kertas si4satan susulan satu laporan polis dibuat di Jabatan Si4satan Jen4yah (JSJ) Bukit Aman.

“Kami desper4te, freelance macam kami terjej4s te.ruk (akibat C0vid-19).
“Apabila dapat job ni saya ambil je tanpa banyak tanya soalan. Untuk job ni mereka bayar pun sikit sangat.
“Kita buat sebab tak ada cara lain cari duit… kami freelancer,” katanya.
Kami sangat profesional, takkan kita nak minta produksi hentikan dan kami akan pulang… tidak!
Bagaimanapun tambah pemuda berusia 26 tahun itu lagi, dia menyes4l kerana tidak mempunyai keber4nian untuk menarik diri daripada meneruskan penggambaran.

“Saya menyes4l sebab tak berani pull out, padahal kami tiada kontrak apa-apa pun. Saya jadi p4nik, bukan saya je… kawan-kawan pun kena dan saya rasa bers4lah,” katanya.
Pelakon tidak mengetahui mereka digunakan untuk promosi perjudian dalam talian.
Sementara itu pelakon utama MV berkenaan iaitu, Saifullah Mohd Yunus, 24, berkata dia kecewa dengan apa yang berlaku namun terpaksa meneruskan penggambaran kerana mahu bersikap profesional.
