Balu pelawak Allahyarham Abam Bocey iaitu Nor Hidayah Mohd Ali akhirnya dapat menarik nafas lega apabila menang dalam kes saman fitnah yang difailkan terhadap adik iparnya Ali Puteh.

Menurut laporan mStar Online, keputusan tersebut dibuat Hakim Mahkamah Sesyen Kuala Lumpur, Zulqarnain Hassan sebenar tadi.

Peguam yang mewakili Nor Hidayah iaitu Mohamed Ibrahim Mohamad berkata, hakim telah menolak tuntutan dibuat keluarga Allahyarham Abam yang meninggal dunia pada 10 Februari 2020 dengan kos.

Pelawak dan pelakon, Ali Puteh bercakap kepada media selepas mengikuti keputusan kes s4man terhadap kakak iparnya, Siti Norhidayah Mohd Ali di Mahkamah Sesyen Kuala Lumpur.

Isteri kepada pelawak popular, Allahyarham Abam Bocey, Siti Norhidayah Mohd Ali berjalan keluar dari mahkamah selepas mengikuti keputusan kes saman terhadap adik iparnya yang juga pelakon dan pelawak, Ali Puteh.

Hampir dua tahun turun naik mahkamah, balu Allahyarham Abam iaitu Nor Hidayah Mohd Ali menang dalam kes saman fitnah yang difailkan terhadap adik iparnya, Ali Puteh. Keputusan itu dibuat Hakim Mahkamah Sesyen Kuala Lumpur, Zulqarnain Hassan, hari ini.

Berikutan itu, Ali yang juga pelawak diperintahkan membayar ganti rugi kepada kakak iparnya itu sebanyak RM60,000.

Kemelut antara Nor Hidayah dan Ali bermula sejak dua tahun lalu apabila kedua-dua belah pihak saling memfailkan saman berhubung harta membabitkan peninggalan Allahyarham Abam nama sebenarnya Syed Umar Mokhtar bin Syed Mohd Redzuan.

Allahyarham Abam atau nama sebenarnya Syed Umar Mokhtar Syed Mohd Redzuan disahkan menlnggal dunia pada 10 Februari 2020.

Nor Hidayah dan Abam melangsungkan perkahwinan di Masjid Jamek Sultan Hishamuddin, Sabak Bernam pada 8 Disember 2017.

Pasangan itu dikurniakan seorang cahaya mata lelaki Syed Uthman Hamzah Al-Juffrey yang kini berusia tiga tahun.
