5. Untuk kesalahan individu kali pertama, ia termasuk dalam kategori ketiga dan kerajaan membenarkan kompaun sebanyak RM1,500 daripada jumlah maksimum RM10,000.
6. Diskaun 50 peratus diberi bagi pembayaran dalam tempoh tujuh hari dan 25 peratus bagi bayaran dalam tempoh 14 hari. Tiada pengurangan selepas tempoh itu.
