“Semakan mendapati kesemua pelakon dalam video tersebut dibayar RM180 seorang
“Melihat kepada kedua-dua video yang tular, individu yang bertindak sebagai pelakon merupakan individu yang berbeza, namun kita percaya mereka saling mengenali antara satu sama lain,” ujarnya dalam sidang akhbar di Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah (IPD) Dang Wangi, di sini hari ini.
Menurutnya, setakat ini jumlah keseluruhan individu yang ditahan adalah seramai sembilan orang, lapan orang ditahan semalam manakala seorang lagi berjaya diberkas hari ini.
“Lapan individu, terdiri daripada lima lelaki dan tiga wanita yang merupakan produser/pengarah video, pelakon, ejen artis, juru video atau kamera berjaya diberkas semalam.
“Bagaimanapun, enam daripadanya yang merupakan lima pelakon dan produser video dibebaskan selepas permohonan p0lis untuk menahan re-man mereka ditolak hari ini oleh Mahkamah Majistret Kuala Lumpur,” ujarnya.
Tambahnya, dua lagi individu yang ditahan diteruskan reman bermula hari ini hingga Rabu depan.

KUALA LUMPUR: Polis sedang mengesan seorang lelaki dikenali sebagai Loh Kee Hoe yang dipercayai adalah dalang utama kepada pembikinan dua video iklan mempromosi aktiviti perjvdian dalam talian sempena Hari Raya.
Lelaki berusia 35 tahun ini disyaki mengarahkan pembikinan dua video promosi aktiviti jvdi dalam talian yang tular di media sosial sejak beberapa hari lalu.
Ketua Polis Daerah Dang Wangi Asisten Komisioner Mohamad Zainal Abdullah, berkata Kee Hoe yang beralamat di Kuala Lumpur, dikenal pasti berdasarkan siasatan ke atas lapan svspek yang sudah dithan sejak semalam hingga awal pagi tadi.
“Suspek dikehendaki bagi membantu siasatan mengikut Seksyen 505 Kanun Kesek-saan, Seksyen 233 Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia dan Seksyen 4(1)(g) Akta Rumah Jvdi Terbuka 1953 kerana terbabit dalam sebaran video mempromosikan perjvdian dalam talian.
“Orang ramai yang mempunyai maklumat svspek berkenaan boleh menghubungi Pegawai Penyiasat Kanan, Asisten Superintendan Zairil Hazly Zulkifli di talian 017-4589997,” katanya di Ibu Pejabat P0lis Daerah (IPD) Dang Wangi, hari ini.
Mengulas berhubung tangkapan terhadap lapan individu semalam, Mohamad Zainal berkata, dua daripadanya direeman hingga 21 April ini manakala enam individu yang juga pelakon video klip berkenaan dibebaskan.
“Individu yang diremman adalah pengarah produksi dan jurukamera syarikat produksi terbabit. Bagi semua pelakon berkenaan permohonan reman ditolak majistret atas sebab individu berkenaan hanya berlakon dan memberi kerjasama yang baik ketika siasatan dijalankan,” katanya.
Katanya, beliau tidak menolak kemungkinan video pertama dan kedua yang tular dilakukan oleh syarikat produksi yang sama.
“Siasatan awal mendapati ia dilakukan syarikat produksi yang sama namun pelakon berbeza. Pelakon bagi video yang pertama mengenali pelakon video kedua dan susulan itu polis kini sedang mengesan semua yang terbabit dalam video kedua berkenaan,” katanya.
