Menurut pengawaI keselamatan berkenaan, majikannya telah dita.han dan ahli keluarganya yang lain juga tlada di rumah dipercayai berada di lokasi lain buat sementara waktu.

SaIah seorang saksi k.ejadian, Edi, pemandu kepada sspek, menjelaskan k.ejadian itu berlaku di depan rumah sspek di mana dua mngsa yang juga rakan baiknya telah dipukuI di depan matanya sendiri. MaIangnya, dia tldak dapat melakukan apa-apa kerana sspek bersnjata.

Dato’ Hisham (Bir0 Undang-Undang Semboyan) berkata, kehadiran mereka ke rumah sspek adalah untuk memberi mesej yang jelas bahawa apa yang berlaku itu telah menyntuh sensltiviti agama sehingga mengu.ris hati umat Islam yang lain.

“Dua saudara Islam kami dipukuI di sini. Kalau kami tak datang, muka kami nak letak mana?! Walaupun kami saklt hati, kami datang secara aman dan berpegang kepada undng-undng. Tetapi jngan sampai suatu hari nanti, bila kita terlalu saklt, kita boleh meIampau u.ndang-u.ndang walaupun kita tldak bernlat berbuat demikian.

“Kita datang bkan nak pukuI (sspek) balik, sebaliknya nak menghantar surat bntahan. Nak menyatakan dengan jelas yang hati kita sebagai orang Islam dan rakyat Malaysia, tersntuh, tercbar kerana dua orang mngsa ini orang Islam, berpuasa. Mereka dipukuI kerana berpuasa. Ini sama sekali tldak boleh diterima.

“Dia (sspek) rasa dia berkuasa, ada snjata, dia boleh melakukan tlndakan macam blnatang kepada orang. Kita boleh buat, tetapi kita tak buat kerana tldak mahu melebihi undng-undng.

“Walaupun tak dapat b.antai balik, kami terjemahkan kesakltan hati itu melalui surat yang menyatakan bant.ahan secara aman dan tldak melebihi undang-undang.

“Kita umat Islam tersntuh hati kerana mereka (mngsa) dipkuI di negara sendiri kerana berpuasa. Kita akan mengambil tlndakan terhadap dia dengan menyatakan ba.ntahan dan seterusnya tindakan undng-undng. Yang selebihnya diserahkan kepada pihak berkuasa,” katanya.

Semalam, poIis telah men.ahan empat sspek yang terbabit dalam ke$ itu dan ser.buan juga menemukan sejumlah besar jo.ngkong emas dan mata wang aslng hampir RM30 juta.

PoIis percaya, sspek menjalankan aktiviti perju.dian secara online dan disyki sebagai daIang kepada slndiket yang menjalankan aktiviti itu semenjak lima tahun lalu di beberapa lokasi antaranya di Perak, Kuala Lumpur dan Pahang.

Selain itu, sspek menjalankan kegiatan nombor ek0r tldak berlesen dan mengu.pah pengawal peribadi untuk melindunginya daripada msuh perniagaan.

Sspek dan tiga lagi yang lain telah dire.man sehingga Sabtu ini untuk s.iasatan lnjut dan ke$ dis.iasat mengikut Sksyen 324 Kanun Kesksaan, 506 Kanun Kesksaan dan 298 Kanun Kesksaan.

Klang: Penah4nan empat suspek berhubung insid3n dua pengawal peribadi dipukul m4jikan kerana berpuasa semalam memb0ngkar sindiket pinjaman wang tidak berles3n atau ‘along’ serta ju.di har4m membabitkan kumpulan itu.

Ketua Polis Selangor, Datuk Arjunaidi Mohamed berkata, ia susulan serbu4n dan pemeriksaan di sebuah rumah salah seorang suspek di daerah ini.

“Selepas tangkapan dilakukan, kami membuat pemeriksaan dan menemui sejumlah 12,500 keping wang tunai matawang Dollar AS serta 100 keping jongkong emas seberat sekilogram sekeping.

“Jumlah keseluruhan rampasan itu dianggarkan bernilai RM28.45 juta berdasarkan harga emas semasa,” katanya di Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah (IPD) Klang Selatan di sini, tadi.

Beliau berkata, turut diramp4s adalah sepucuk pist0l, 10 pelu.ru, lima telefon bimbit dan r0tan yang dipercayai digunakan untuk mem.ukul mngsa.

Terdahulu, empat susp3k berusia dalam lingkungan 35 hingga 43 tahun itu dibawa ke Mahkamah Klang untuk perintah rem4n pagi semalam.

“Salah seorang suspek dikenakan reman tujuh hari manakala tiga lagi direm4n lima hari. Kesemua suspek yang dit4han tidak mempunyai rekod l4mpau

“Bagi kes di Klang Selatan, polis mengklasifikasikan kes itu mengikut Seksyen 324 Kanun Keseks4an (KK); Seksyen 298 KK dan 307 KK.

“Kami juga menyiasat mengikut Seksyen 4 (1) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil Daripada Aktiviti H4ram 2001 (AMLATFPUAA) serta Seksyen 5(2) Akta Pemberi Pinjam Wang (APPW) 1951,” katanya.

Arjunaidi berkata, pihaknya masih menyiasat secara mendalam sindiket berkenaan termasuk berapa lama kumpulan itu bergiat aktif.

Katanya, polis juga meminta masyarakat bertenang serta tidak membesarkan isu ini termasuk mengaitkan dengan isu perkauman.

Kelmarin tular di media sosial apabila dua pengawal keselamatan mendakwa ditampar, dipukul dan diacukan pistol oleh majikan mereka yang bukan beragama Islam.

Dalam kejadian jam 10 malam kelmarin, kedua-dua mangsa ditampar dan dimarahi apabila memberitahu mereka berpuasa ketika berada di lobi sebuah kondominium di Jalan Pinang, Kuala Lumpur.

Ketua Polis Daerah Dang Wangi, Asisten Komisioner Mohamad Zainal Abdullah, dalam satu kenyataan memaklumkan berkata, kedua-dua mangsa kemudian mengikut suspek yang berusia 43 tahun itu ke rumahnya di Batu Nilam, Klang, sebelum dipukul dengan sebatang rotan dan diacukan p1stol.
