Beliau berkata, pihak poIis memandang serius terhadap tndakan penjual dan pembeli di Iampu isyarat kerana ia mnyaIahi undang-undang lalulintas.
” Sebelum ini, poIis telah memberi nasihat kepada semua peniaga supaya tidak meneruskan perniagaan bagi mengelak dikenakan tndakan.
” Mulai minggu ini, kita akan memastikan tiada lagi penjual menjalankan aktiviti menjaja di sepanjang kawasan Iampu isyarat di seluruh negeri Kelantan,” katanya kepada pemberita hari ini.
Abdullah berkata, bagaimanapun, beliau juga akan berbincang dengan pihak poIis trafik sebelum mengambil tndakan terhadap penjual jalanan di Iampu isyarat.
Katanya, tndakan boleh diambil terhadap pembeli dan peniaga di Iampu isyarat mengikut Akta Lalulintas Jalan Raya dan tndakan boleh dikenakan dibawah 10A (1) LN 166/59 Peraturan Lalu Lintas Jalan Raya.
Berdasarkan pemerhatian, peniaga menjalankan aktiviti menjaja di Iampu isyarat terdiri daripada golongan belia yang terkesan akibat penularan wabak COVlD-19 ketika ini.
