Ketika itu, mangsa telah disuruh ibunya untuk ke rumah sewa suspek di kawasan Tlogosari, Pedurungan.
Difahamkan, suspek dan ibu mangsa telah bercerai sejak 5 tahun lalu. Namun, mangsa dan suspek selalu berjumpa.
Mangsa mengalami sawan
Mangsa sebenarnya telah cuba menolak dan menghalang tindakan bapa kandungnya itu. Namun, suspek dengan kejam meneruskan perbuatannya itu sehingga mangsa mengalami sawan.
“Memang pada hari itu suspek melakukan persetubuhan. Mangsa mengalami sawan selama sejam dua.

Bagi merahsiakan perbuatan kejinya itu, suspek telah meminta kebenaran ibu mangsa untuk membawa anaknya ke hospital dengan menggunakan alasan anaknya itu sakit.
“Sebelum itu, suspek membawa mangsa ke rumah ibunya untuk dibawa ke hospital. Ibu mangsa memeriksa keadaan mangsa dan kemudian membenarkan anaknya dibawa ke hospital.
“Mangsa dibawa ke hospital menaiki motosikal dengan seorang saksi,” katanya lagi.
Mangsa akhirnya dikebumikan pada hari Sabtu, 19 Mac 2022 lalu.
