Jovian berkata telah berlaku salah faham kerana ayat itu ditujukan kepada peniaga yang menjual Jovian Mask tiruan.

Menyentuh isu SIRIM, Jovian yang merupakan menantu kepada Perdana Menteri iaitu Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob berkata cadangan yang dikeluarkan itu bukan atas permintaan dirinya. Tegasnya, pelitup muka Jovian bukan jenama yang pertama yang memiliki cop SIRIM.
